The permanent foundation for a modular home begins with the pouring of a perimeter concrete base with steel.; |

The piers are constructed with concrete filled blocks which are set on concrete footers. |

A concrete filled wall is built around the perimeter of the home prior to bringing the home on site. The ends of the perimeter wall (stem wall) are left open until the house is placed. |
